All bags of clams are packed with an extra half to 1 pound to account for any broken shells or loss that are likely to occur during shipping and processing.

TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH

Remove your fresh, live shellfish from box.

Place them in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices.

Cover your shellfish with a damp towel.

Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE.

Manila Clams stored this way will easily keep for 5 - 7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor.

THANKSIGIVING ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 9am PST, MONDAY NOV. 24. Orders will not ship the remainder of Thanksgiving week and will resume Monday Dec. 1
