These larger pacific oysters are wet-stored in our Penn Cove WA nutrient-rich waters. Taking on the flavor profile of both its original Northwest harvest location and the known melon-flavor from our cove. Throw these on your grill, top with your favorite butter, cheese, or hot sauce.

Water spilling from the shell and the fresh sea aroma as the oyster is shucked is a sure sign of freshness; it’s something you should expect!

TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH

• Remove your fresh, live shellfish from box.

• Place shellfish in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices.

• Cover with a damp towel.

• Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE.

• Shellfish stored this way will keep 5-7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor.

We harvest and pack your product the same morning the product is shipped! This means the product arrives on your doorstep within 24 hours of harvest!

THANKSIGIVING ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 9am PST, MONDAY NOV. 24. Orders will not ship the remainder of Thanksgiving week and will resume Monday Dec. 1
